REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days from the date you received it.
All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition (including hangtags and original packaging).

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (FARER DESIGN UG) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent by e-mail (info@farerdesign.com).


EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, less shipping. All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged / defective when you received it.
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The customer has to take over the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns due to defects or mistakes from our side are of course always covered by us.
We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements.
